Tarot

Today's tarot is used by people from all walks of life. From the common lay person to the spiritual healers of Brazil, decks are being published every day for new types of readings and more detailed guidance. One of the most common decks, Rider-Waite, is still very much in use for a general reading about the overall events of the past, present, and future. This deck consists of 78 cards divided into the major arcana and the minor arcana. By using what is known as the ten card spread, you will be able to decipher the major and minute events that make up your life. Although there is a very complex system of symbolism and mathematical numerology that underlies the true meaning of a tarot spread, many readers use their intuition in combination with the individual general card meaning to give interpretations. There are many reliable sources which include books, websites, and historians that will help verify certain beliefs and dispel unfounded myths about this divination tool. However if you are just curious and seek some brief exposure, buy a deck and have a little fun with your friends and family today.
