Recently I have had a couple of clients that have received full in-depth readings and refuse payment after they receive their services. The dishonesty has really shaken me because I truly try to see the good in all of God's creatures. However this type of behavior has helped me realize that many who are suffering have brought these things upon themselves. When a person receives an item or service that was not given freely, it is theft. Someone said to me that maybe the client feels that because a reading is something that they cannot touch they don't see the value. I know that most people are smarter than this and come knowing that they are not able to pay for their services. When you visit a doctor, you pay for their professional opinion. When you contribute to your pastor's salary you pay because it is an obligation to your spiritual path. How can a person expect to be blessed when they are engaging in fraudulent activity. The Bible tells us that “The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again” (Psalm 37:21). I have forgiven those who lie and steal because I do not want my heart defiled and I leave their judgment in the hands of our Most High God.
