Alone for the Holidays?

Are you lonely every year around the holidays? You don't have to be lonely this year. Consider spending time with family and friends. You do not need a romantic relationship to feel complete during your festivities. The unique bond that you share those you have known a life time can be more gratifying that sharing a few hours with some one that you have only known for a few months. Also, think about taking a much needed vacation. If your change of emotions is parallel to the change of season, plan a week long vacation to a warmer climate such as the Bahamas or Egypt. Just a slight change in temperature can create a change in attitude. You are not theonly alone. Distance, death, personalities, religious beliefs, and medical illnesses are just a few reasons why people spend the holidays alone. Remember life does not happen in a few days. The symbolism of the holiday season is what you should live every day. If you want to talk about this more or find out who you will spend your holiday with please visit our phone
